Cottage LUCKA … is a cozy, luxurious two-bedroom wooden house, intended for a stay of 4+1 persons. The cottage has a fenced and very nice plot with a nice view.
In front of the cottage there is covered parking for 2 vehicles with the possibility of recharging electric vehicles. On the plot of the cottage there is a babbling brook and a natural pond with fishes, through which a bench leads.
The cottage also has a partially covered terrace with a spacious seating area and a view of the cottage grounds with beautiful plantings.
At the edge of the property there is an exit to nature and a natural mineral spring, enriched with several minerals, where you can drink and taste the mineral water, is just a few steps away.
There is also a new children’s and workout playground in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, which you can use at any time during your stay.
Upon entering the cottage, you will be impressed by the stylish interior furnished with a sense of taste and detail.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, WIFI, a large-screen Smart TV and a dining room, a kitchen, plus a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Plus a rear exit to the outdoor terrace.
There are two cozy double bedrooms on the first floor, where each bedroom has a separate SMART TV. Of course, there is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
