WELLNESS & SPA:
Swim in the pool with counter current and massage jets, refresh yourself under the influence of tropical rain in the experience showers, regenerate your body and mind in the dry or steam sauna, treat yourself to a massage or just relax in the jacuzzi or relaxation zone.
Satisfied and relaxed, enjoy an excellent snack with a glass of wine or our drinks, or taste delicious food prepared by our excellent chefs.
Our new wellness center is available to guests…both for our staying guests and the general public.
Pool with counter current and massage jets
The pool with warm water 28-30°C is equipped with a counter current for swimming, pearl massage and two-stage hydromassage jets. You can comfortably swim here,
but also to massage your body pleasantly.
Dry Finnish sauna
Dry Finnish sauna The Finnish sauna has beneficial effects on our health. It is excellent as a prevention against various diseases and increases the body's resistance. By sweating, all toxins are flushed out of the body, and subsequent cooling increases our hardening. Temperature: 90°C – 100°C The optimal length of stay in the sauna is max. 15 min. The heated stone is poured with water to which herbal essence is added, which enriches the air with a pleasant relaxing aroma.
Steam sauna with herbs
Steam sauna is also called Turkish bath. The moist air in the steam sauna has a beneficial effect on the skin, it is heavily bloodstained and intensively cleansed. The skin thus remains delicate and velvety soft. A steam bath also has positive effects in case of weakened blood vessels, clots and respiratory diseases. Temperature: 50-55ºC Sauna time: 10 – 15 min The steam is enriched with pleasant herbal essences that have relaxing effects and make the entire sauna process more pleasant.
Private hot tub
Treat yourself to perfect relaxation in our indoor hot tub with a refreshing drink. Staying in warm water affects the nervous system and has a similar effect on a person as meditation, helping to relieve tension, clear the head and induce a good mood. It causes the respiratory muscles to work 60% more intensively, thereby strengthening them and improving performance and fitness during sports. The buoyancy of the water reduces the pressure on the joints and thus relieves joint pain from arthritis. Together with the hydromassage, they relax the muscles and improve blood circulation.

Ice shower
An ice shower is a unique refreshment for an overheated body. The cold stream of water will quickly refresh you, invigorate you and recharge you with incredible energy. Indications: After staying in the sauna followed by cooling down in an ice shower, the immune system is stimulated and the number of red and white blood cells increases.
